According to the policy of the Austrian Hotel Association.

In case of cancellation by the contractor the following fees will be charged:

- free of charge 30 days before the arrival

- 40 % of the price within 30 days before the day of arrival;

- 70% of the price in the last week before the day of arrival;

- 90% of the price on the last day before the day of arrival;

- 90% of the price in case of no-show or earlier departure
